Owen Brock, 42, was arrested on Comeback Bay Lane in Sagle at 6:29 a.m. on charges of possession of methamphetamine, obstructing law enforcement officers, and a probation violation.

Report of a suspicious vehicle in Ponder Point Drive at 6:19 a.m.

K9 deputies assisted Idaho State Police on an emphasis in Kootenai and Shoshone counties at 7:08 a.m.

Report of a felony warrant arrest on Private Drive in Coolin at 8:08 a.m.

Request for a civil standby on Old Thama Ferry Road in Priest River at 8:44 a.m.

A deputy responded to a family offense on Warren Avenue in Priest River at 9:43 a.m.

A malicious injury to property was reported on Ester Lane at 8:05 a.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Hanley Lane in Sagle at 9:50 a.m.

A reckless driver was reported in the 452000 block of Highway 95 in Athol at 2:26 p.m.

A reckless driver was reported in the 470000 block of Highway 95 in Sagle at 2:28 p.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up in Pend Oreille County, Wash., at 2:41 p.m.

A case was assigned for follow-up in the pre-100 block of Boomtown Drive in Athol at 3:13 p.m.

Sept. 27

Eleece Kennedy of Newport, was cited at 2:25 a.m. on Le Clerc Road in Oldtown on a charge of failure to have a current and valid driver’s license; and Alicia Smith of Newport was arrested at the same time and location on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Report of a 911 hang-up on Highway 2 at 7:24 a.m.

Report of disturbing the peace on Church Street at 9:28 a.m.

Damage to the soccer fields in the 300 block of S. Division Avenue was reported at 10:26 a.m.

An officer took a report of a minor accident in a parking lot in the 400 block of Church Street at 10:11 a.m.

A citizen on Chestnut Street was referred to authorities in southern Idaho at 10:32 a.m. to try and locate a long-lost relative.

A citizen who locked her keys in her vehicle was directed to a locksmith on N. Fourth Avenue at 11:31 a.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Industrial Drive at 2:18 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a male who needed papers served on him in the W. Lake Street area at 3:15 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Samuelson Avenue at 3:08 p.m.

An attempt to locate was issued on Cedar Street at 3:35 p.m. on a wanted subject out of Boise.

A welfare check was broadcast for a possibly suicidal male with no permanent address in the Samuelson Avenue area at 7:43 p.m.
