Georgia Mulch, 43, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and a probation violation on Pup Paw Trail in Priest River at 12:47 p.m.

A certified judgment was received on N. Boyer Road at 1:49 p.m.

Oct. 2

A call from the Baldy Mountain Road area was transferred to the county at 8:11 a.m.

Aaron L. Martin, 37, of Priest River, was arrested at 8:37 a.m. in the 200 block of Florence Avenue on a Bonner County warrant, and was also charged with resisting arrest.

Suspicious circumstances were reported in the 4200 block of Samuelson Avenue at 8:39 a.m.; follow-up was noted to be done during the night shift.

The gas tank for a boat was reported taken in the 1300 block of Ontario Street at 9:49 a.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on Olive Avenue at 10:18 a.m.

A vehicle in the 200 block of Third Avenue was tagged for 48-hour removal at 9:46 a.m.

A resident in the 600 block of Ella Avenue was advised to take the matter up in civil court, if needed, after a complaint at 11:20 a.m.

An out-of-state parent was advised to get his custody paperwork changed to reflect his latest concern at 11:39 a.m.

Possible fraud was reported in the 700 block of Jefferson Avenue at 12:04 p.m.

A syringe was collected for disposal in the area of Samuelson Avenue and Woodland Drive at 12:36 p.m.

A non-reportable collision occurred in a parking lot in the 400 block of Fifth Avenue at 1:32 p.m.

Report of a collision in a parking lot in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue at 2:43 p.m.

An officer was unable to assist a citizen who locked her child in her vehicle in the 1700 block of Ontario Street at 5:53 p.m.

After an alarm was reported in the 500 block of Cedar Street at 6:04 p.m., an officer advised the building was secure.

An employee may have set off an alarm in the 1300 block of Highway 2 at 6:13 p.m.; officers advised the building was secure.

Ivan W. Baumann, 22, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 300 block of Mountain View Drive at 6:58 p.m. on charges of possession of meth and paraphernalia; and Ross L. Baumann, 19, also of Sandpoint, was arrested at the same time and location on charges of possession of heroin and paraphernalia. Further charges are pending.

An officer contacted three juveniles in the area of the 1300 block of Spruce Street at 8:10 p.m. after a citizen assist call; they were on their way home.

A 13-year-old female was signed as a runaway on Euclid Avenue at 8:10 p.m.

An officer advised at 10:15 p.m. that charges are pending for malicious injury to property for a 19-year-old Sagle male, after tearing up the grass at City Beach on Bridge Street.
