Jeremy Scott Foy, 36

Jeremy Scott Foy, 36, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 7, 2017, in Rathdrum, Idaho. A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at the Lakeview Funeral Home in Sandpoint, Idaho, with the Rev. JP Carver officiating.

Jeremy was born on October 18, 1980 in Moab, Utah, to Edward and Katie Foy. He grew up and attended schools in Sandpoint, where he gained a love of the outdoors and participated in scouting events.

Jeremy married Anna Shoemaker on December 21, 2005, in Coeur d’Alene, and they later divorced. He worked in Kootenai and Bonner counties as a framer, roofer, water proofer, and apprenticed in the heating business.

Jeremy married Meaghan Rachunok on October 21, 2016, in Sandpoint. They enjoyed the outdoors, cooking, drinking wine, camping, fishing and listening to music.

Jere-my also was artistic and enjoyed drawing, building model cars, and hearing the trains.

He is survived by his wife, Meaghan Foy of Hayden; seven children, Aspen, Gaven, Daniel, and Caleb Foy, and Jayden, Celes, and Sophia Zimmerman; his father, Edward Foy of Sandpoint; his mother, Katie Foy of Airway Heights; a brother, Jason (Becca) Foy of Sandpoint; two sisters, Brooke Sharp of Sandpoint and Tiffany Foy of Coeur d’Alene; and his in-laws, Dennis and Jackie Rachunok of Hayden.
