Thomas Waters

Thomas Waters passed away peacefully on Sept. 6, 2017. He was born Jan. 26, 1934, in Golden, Colo., to his parents, Ernest Waters and Louise Waters.

Tom spent the past 40 years in Palm Springs, Calif. He was the owner/operator of a successful tennis court construction and resurfacing business.

He was preceded in passing by his parents, Ernest and Louise Waters; his brother, Richard Waters; and two sons, Greg Waters of Bonney Lake, Wash., and Tom Waters, of Seattle, Wash. He is survived by his beloved sisters, Lou Ruski of Mississippi and Kit Turner of Arizona. He is also survived by his sons, William of Sandpoint, Idaho, and Jon of Spokane, Wash.; and a daughter, Cindy of Spokane, Wash.

Tom loved the out of doors, especially fly fishing. He was a great friend of lost dogs and cats and was always a great neighbor. He will be missed.
