Aug. 19
An officer responded to a welfare check in the 1000 block of Triangle Drive at 6:11 a.m.
Duke C.W. Huckabee, 25, of Sandpoint was cited on a charge of petit theft in the 200 block of Bonner Mall Way at 1:06 p.m.
Aaron J. R. Eisler, 43, of Sandpoint was arrested on a charge of trespassing in the 400 block of Birch Street at 3:27 p.m.
Joshua C. Wikel, 40, of Sandpoint was arrested in the area of Highway 95 and Bonner Mall Way at 5:49 p.m. on charge of driving under the influence of alcohol (excessive) in the 476000 block of Highway 95.
Wyatt B. Hannan, 29, of Sandpoint was arrested on a charge of battery in the 400 block of Triangle Drive at 8:23 p.m.
An officer conducted a follow-up investigation in the 400 block of Birch Street at 9:55 p.m.
Aug. 20
Amanda K. Wiley, 37, of Sagle was arrested in the 30400 block of Highway 200 at 12:52 a.m. on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia; and Joel U. Frisina, 28, of Sagle was cited at the same time and location on a charge of possession of marijuana (under 3 ounces).
