An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call on Kinnikinnik Avenue at 11:05 a.m.

An officer answered a citizen’s questions via telephone on W. Lake Street at 11:46 a.m.

Suspicious circumstances were reported in the 100 block of N. Ella Avenue at 12:21 p.m.

An officer answered questions about the barking dog ordinance in the 1200 block of W. Lake Street at 1:18 p.m.

An out-of-state citizen was referred to her local authorities to file a missing report on her adult daughter in the Larch Street area at 1:36 p.m.

Aug. 28

An officer responded to a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Highway 200 and the Highway 95 northbound ramp at 6:42 a.m.

Vandalism was reported on Ash Street at 11:47 a.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up in the area of highways 200 and 95 at 2:25 p.m.

Shoplifting was reported on Highway 95 at 2:53 p.m.

Shoplifting was reported on Highway 95 at 3:24 p.m.

A welfare check was requested on Cedar Avenue at 3:22 p.m.

Kara Wallers, 29, was arrested in the 475000 block of Highway 95 at 8:16 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; and Shay Lanz, 35, was arrested at the same time and location on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

An officer responded to a report of trespassing on Highway 95 at 9:48 p.m.

Disorderly conduct was reported on Kootenai Cutoff Road at 9 p.m.
