Larry Stone needs a reality check if he believes Sandpoint doesn’t need more low-income housing. People live here because of the natural beauty, not because of the wonderful wage scale. Idaho ranks dismally low in the United States regarding living wages.
Sandpoint is a resort town. Many low-income people serve that masses that come here. Housing is a problem for them.
