Dec. 26

An unfounded report of a semi hitting the train trestle bridge on Fifth Avenue was noted at 9:16 a.m.

Jason L. Garcia, 40, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the area of Fifth and Church at 10:02 a.m. on a Bonner County warrant.

A vehicle was being pulled out of the ditch in the 2000 block of Great Northern Road when the officer arrived after a reported slide-off accident at 11:35 a.m.

Report of a minor collision in a parking lot in the 100 block of S. First Avenue at 12:07 p.m.

Possible drug information was relayed to law enforcement in the Huckleberry Avenue area at 11:42 a.m.

Accidental alarm activation was reported in the 400 block of N. Second Avenue at 12:23 p.m.

Accidental 911 activation on N. First Avenue at 12:22 p.m.

The street department was asked to check the timing of the turn lane signal in the area of Highway 2 and S. Division Avenue at 2:25 p.m.

Numerous vehicles in the city were tagged for 48-hour removal to allow for snow removal at 3:13 p.m.

An officer assisted Health & Welfare with an interview in the 400 block of Church Street at 4 p.m.

A male was advised to cease contact with a resident in the 4200 block of Samuelson Avenue after a complaint of harassment at 5:46 p.m.

Miscellaneous property was turned in for destruction on W. Lake Street at 8:08 p.m.

Jayson L. Cox, 35, of Sandpoint, was cited in the 300 block of Halley Street at 9:16 p.m. on a charge of driving without privileges.

Accidental 911 activation in the 800 block of N. Division Avenue at 10:27 p.m.

Dec. 27

A 17-year-old Sandpoint male was issued a promise to appear on charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia in the area of S. Division Avenue and Michigan Street at 12:07 a.m.

An officer assisted EMS with a distraught male in the 2000 block of Main Street at 12:59 a.m.
