A two vehicle, non-injury collision occurred in the 3500 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 9:42 a.m.
An alarm was reported in the 200 block of S. Florence Avenue at 10:08 a.m.; officers contacted the owner of the business.
The owner of a vehicle blocking snow removal on Spruce Street at 10:03 a.m. was located, and the vehicle was moved.
An officer was unable to locate a possible reckless driver in the area of S. Fourth Avenue and Pine Street at 12:16 p.m.
A female causing problems at a business in the 100 block of Euclid Avenue at 12:47 p.m. was gone when the officers arrived.
Vehicles were tagged to allow for snow removal in the city at 1:13 p.m.
Aubrey R. Standish, 38, of Sandpoint, was cited on a misdemeanor charge of no insurance in the 100 block of S. Division Avenue at 1:28 p.m.

A citizen who locked her keys in her vehicle in the 900 block of Ridley Village Road was referred to a locksmith at 2:07 p.m.

Deianira S. Baker, 20, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 1500 block of Pine Street at 11:09 p.m. on a charge of domestic battery.
An officer mediated in a verbal dispute between ex-roommates in the 1500 block of Oak Street at 11:39 p.m.

An officer located a juvenile female who kept trying to enter a business in the 1100 block of N. Division Avenue at 1 a.m. and released her to a parent.
An officer was unable to locate a reported reckless driver headed into the city on Highway 95 at 4:47 a.m.
