An officer was unable to locate a suspicious male in the area of Main Street at 1:22 p.m.

An IRS scam was reported in the 1300 block of Oak Street at 3:20 p.m.

A dog owner was issued a verbal warning for allowing their dog to run at large in the area of Hickory Street and Jefferson Avenue at 4:05 p.m.

Sarah A. Splattstoesser, 48, of Richland, Wash., was arrested for exessive DUI in the area of First Avenue and Cedar Street at 11:54 p.m.

Andreas L. Breymann, 60, of Sandpoint, was arrested for an outstanding felony bench warrant in the 200 block of Fourth Street at 10:59 a.m.
