There's more than a fair bit of entertainment ahead

| August 22, 2019 1:00 AM

SANDPOINT — There’s much to see and do this week and the fun starts tonight. The Bonner County Fair is in full swing, featuring all those great exhibits and animals, as well as a concert tonight by the Redhead Express and rodeo and demolition derby action through the weekend.

Also tonight, an excellent chamber music concert with top-shelf musicians showing their stuff at the Heartwood Center.

On Saturday, Bridges Home is back into the trio mode when Paul Gunter joins Tami and yours truly for a perfect day at the Sandpoint Farmers Market. That same evening, catch the social dance out at the Ponderay Events Center and Bright Moments playing at Trinity at City Beach.

Sunday has a don’t-miss event, as local author Jackie Henrion releases her new book at Hope Hotel — the place that inspired the book itself.

Lot’s of choices — have fun!
