An officer assisted a motorist in the 500 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 8:56 a.m.

Jacob G. Riggins, 39, of Clark Fork was arrested on Kootenai Cutoff Road at 5:33 p.m. on a charge of domestic battery.

Disorderly conduct was reported in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 7:25 p.m.

An officer responded to an information in the 300 block of Bonner Mall Way at 7:30 p.m.

Kevin J. Etters, 40, of Spokane, Wash., was arrested in the 477400 block of Highway 95 at 2:24 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
