The holidays are fast approaching, and 7B Women want to help you prepare! On Tuesday, December 10, they will welcome guest speaker Jennifer Pratt, owner of Fresh Sunshine Flowers, who will share her creativity with attendees and demonstrate how to create a beautiful, yet simple, centerpiece.

As an employee of Coldwater Creek, Jennifer was a store display designer for the stores throughout the country. When Coldwater Creek closed, Jennifer wanted to stay in the beautiful town she had come to call home. That is when Jennifer launched Fresh Sunshine Flowers, and for the last six years she has been brining beauty and joy to many. What started out as a mobile flower shop in her delivery van she affectionately named Mabel, has quickly grown into a business that has traveled throughout the Inland Northwest bringing beautiful creations to craft shows, farmers’ markets, corporate events and parties. Jennifer is kept very busy during wedding season serving as one of the premier wedding florists in the area.

Jennifer recently joined the team at Winter Ridge Natural Foods where customers can choose from an assortment of floral arrangements, and she and her business were featured in a 2015 article in the New York Times.

“Jennifer has quite a following in our area and beyond. She is extremely creative, and we are looking forward to having her share with us how we can make our holiday tables more festive,” said 7B Women board member, Katie Campbell. “It’s the perfect way to get in the holiday spirit!”

The 7B Women’s November luncheon will take place on Tuesday, December 10 from 11:45am to 1pm at Tango Café and is open to everyone in the community. The cost is $21 or $16 if you are a member of 7B Women, Inc. Individual memberships cost $50 per year and can be paid online at the group’s website, www.7BWomen.com.

Please note that due to the high participation in the past and so Tango Café can adequately prepare for the luncheon, pre-registration is highly encouraged.

If people would like an opportunity to promote their business at the luncheon, attendees are asked to bring an item to raffle and will be given a “minute with the mic” during the course of the luncheon. Because of the number of raffle items that have been donated in recent months and the time constraints of the luncheon, 7B Women is limiting the opportunity for a minute with the mic to current 7B Women members only.

Register online at 7BWomen.com and you can also purchase your raffle tickets ahead of time to avoid standing in line at check in and optimizing your networking time. Raffle tickets are $1 each or 6 tickets for $5.
