A deputy responded to an alarm on Kootenai Cutoff Road at 5:05 a.m.

Travis Davis, 45, was arrested in the 462000 block of Highway 95 in Cocolalla at 5:06 a.m. on charges of possession of methamphetamine, providing false information, possession of paraphernalia, and a failure to appear warrant out of Kootenai County.

A follow-up report was taken on Highway 95 in the greater Sandpoint area at 6:03 a.m.

Report of an alarm in the 400 block of Akre Heights Drive in Blanchard at 6:56 a.m.

Report of a fish and game violation on Hoop Loop Road in Priest River at 7:57 a.m.

Report of a custodial interference on Kelso Lake Road in Priest River at 10:18 a.m.

A railroad problem was reported in the area of Elmira Road and Highway 95 at 8:35 a.m.

Deputies, EMS, Idaho Fish & Game, Spirit Lake Ambulance and Spirit Lake Fire responded to assist Idaho State Police at the scene of an unknown injury accident on Spirit Lake Cutoff Road in Spirit Lake at 11:04 a.m.
