Arthur Carleton Swink, 92, of Sandpoint, Idaho, passed away at North Idaho Advanced Care Hospital on Feb. 22, 2019. Arthur was born in Morristown, S.D., on Oct. 14, 1926, to Oscar and Viola (Beck) Swink.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Bell Tower Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
