How is it that Burlington Northern can replace a railroad bridge, with rail traffic still crossing it, in three months, but a county/state replacement of a bridge in Hope, with no traffic can’t do it in the projected time frame. Either the engineers planning the project don’t know their jobs or the company selected is incompetent.
