A welfare check was requested in the 600 block of Third Avenue at 1:23 p.m.

Officers were unable to locate people yelling in the 100 block of Cedar Street at 5:22 p.m.

Ammon M. Ollerton, 19, of Sandpoint, was cited and released on charges of possession of paraphernalia at the intersection of Pine Street and Boyer Avenue at 10:27 p.m.
