Yard sale, lunch to help teen center

SANDPOINT — A yard sale and barbecue will be held Friday to benefit the Sandpoint Teen Center.

The event, which will take place from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. will be held at Huckleberry Bowling Lanes, Division and Pine.

All teens (and interested adults) are invited to bring their items to Sandpoint Teen Center Yard Sale and sell it. Or come down and find a great bargain as well as choose from a variety of goods sold by the local teens.

Area residents are invited to bring things to sell at the yard sale: clothes, music, toys, sports equipment and whatever else you have hanging around. Seller will keep 50 percent of sales and the other 50 percent will go to support healthy after school snacks and fun activities at the Sandpoint Teen Center for next school year.

In addition to great bargains, the sale will feature great food with hamburgers and hot dogs available, so come on over for lunch on Friday and support the teen center. Teens that participate in the yard sale and sell things will get a free barbecue lunch.
