Troy V. Seffrood, 53, of Sandpoint, was cited in the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Chestnut Street at 6:26 a.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

Elizabeth M Lockie, 55, of Sagle, was arrested in the 200 block of E. Superior Street at 9:53 a.m. on a DUI charge.

Officers responded to a structure fire reported in the area of Baldy Mountain Road and N. Division Avenue at 10:28 a.m.

An officer stood by in the 1100 block of Hickory Street at 12:38 p.m. while a male retrieved his belongings.

Officers and Selkirk Fire responded to a reported two-vehicle, non-injury collision reported in the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Church Street at 1:59 p.m.

A moose was reported on the loose in the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Airport Way at 3:29 p.m.

A K9 unit responded to an attempt to locate in the 452000 block of Highway 95 in Athol at 6:38 p.m.

An officer mediated in a neighbor dispute in the 1200 block of Cedar Street at 7:35 p.m.

Officers were unable to locate any vehicles in the 600 block of Larch Street with unattended children after a complaint at 9 p.m.

Terry A. Tindall, 66, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 200 block of Halley Street at 10:30 p.m. on a charge for driving under the influence.
