| June 22, 2019 1:00 AM

Less than 400 tickets remain for the chance to win this year’s $300,000 grand prize home through the 26th annual North Idaho College Really BIG Raffle.

This year’s home, built by students in the NIC Carpentry program, is located in the Montrose neighborhood at 1781 W Midway Drive in Post Falls. For a $100 ticket, you could be the new owner of this three-bedroom, two-bath home loaded with special features including quartz counters, vaulted living room with fireplace, skylights, large covered patio, and a fully landscaped lot. A virtual home tour is available online at nic.edu/rbr.

Additional prizes include a $20,000 car, a $10,000 boat, a $3,500 travel package and a $2,000 shopping spree. Winners can apply cash value of these prizes to the purchase of their choice.

The drawing will be held Wednesday, July 10, at the Cheamkwet Park on NIC’s main campus. Winners need not be present to win any of the major prizes.

Only 5,500 tickets are sold at $100 each. With less than 400 tickets remaining, organizers of the Really BIG Raffle expect the event to sell out soon.

Remaining tickets are available at Kootenai county Super 1 Foods locations, Yoke’s in Post Falls, the NIC Workforce Training Center and the NIC Foundation Office. Idaho residents can also order online at www.nic.edu/rbr or charge by phone to (208) 769-3271.

The 26th annual Really BIG Raffle is sponsored in part by BMC and Greenstone Homes. Proceeds from the Really BIG Raffle support student success and educational excellence at North Idaho College.
