Kootenai paving job leaves much to be desired

Who is responsible for paving some of the streets in Sandpoint and Kootenai? If anyone has driven on North Main Street in Kootenai it’s like driving on a wash board. This street would be smoother if it were not paved and just a dirt road. Hopefully someday soon this street will be re-paved. Hopefully not by the contractor who re-surfaced the Long Bridge. What a total waste of money that was.
