Christ Our Redeemer Lutheran Church will be holding a free community food distribution on Tuesday, July 2, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. This event is open to anyone, regardless of income. No documentation is needed; simply bring a box to carry your food.
The food distribution will be held rain or shine in the parking lot at Christ Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 1900 Pine St., Sandpoint (across from Litehouse YMCA).
These events bring free produce and nutritious perishable food items to Sandpoint. Last year, this event helped over 600 Bonner County individuals.
This community event is made possible through generous donations from Christ Our Redeemer Lutheran Church members and 2nd Harvest of Spokane. Christ Our Redeemer Lutheran Church will be holding a second event later this summer, scheduled for Aug. 8 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
