PRE is holding food drive this week

Priest River Elementary is holding a food drive this week and needs the community’s help. All food goes to support the Priet River Food Bank and the Priest River Lamanna High School Resource Center to help feed local families

The winning class who brings in the most donations gets a pizza party sponsored by the school’s PTO.

Among the items needed at the Priest River Food Bank are spices, canned soup, cereal, pasta box dinners, noodles, sauces, canned tuna, SPAM, canned chicken, peanut butter and jam.

Among the items needed at the PRLHS Resource Center are powdered milk, cereal (single-serving boxes), oatmeal (single-serving packets), cereal bars, canned soups, stew, chili, mac ‘n’ cheese, rice, single-sized bags of chips and cookies, granola bars, cheese or peanut butter crackers, popcorn, Chef Boyardee/Spaghetti-O’s, and canned chicken/tuna.
