Couple to celebrate golden anniversary

Robert and Billie “Peanut” (O'Donnell) Alderman will celebrate their golden wedding anniversary on April 16. The couple were married in Sandpoint on April 16, 1971, surrounded by family and friends.

Over the course of their 50 years together they lived in Kootenai and Dover but have resided near Jewel Lake for over 30 years.

They raised three children, Jennifer, David, and Melissa, all of whom live in the local area. The couple enjoys hunting, fishing, and family.

Their children will plan a celebration for later in the year when everyone can gather outside.
