Gun control discussed at Lifetree Café

| April 9, 2021 1:00 AM

The topic of gun control will be explored at Lifetree Café on Monday, April 12, at 2 p.m.

The Lifetree event, titled “Inside the Gun Debate: To hunt? To defend? To assault?” features filmed interviews with Tom Mauser, whose son died at Columbine High School, and Michael Lang, a concealed weapon firearms instructor.

Lifetree representative Craig Cable said participants will have the opportunity to hear various viewpoints and to offer their own. “This is a community forum for open discussion,” Cable said.

Admission to the 60-minute event is free. Lifetree Café meets at Jalapenos Mexican Restaurant, 314 North Second Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho.
