Report of a civil dispute in the 100 block of E. Third Avenue at 8:40 a.m.

Tabitha Waterman, 38, of Sandpoint was arrested in the 3000 block of Rapid Lightning Road at 8:56 a.m. on charges of possession of paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Reigan Allen, 22, of Usk, Washington, was arrested on Old Diamond Mill Road in Oldtown at 8:59 a.m. on a commercial burglary warrant; and charges are pending lab results for possession of a controlled substance, fentanyl.

Suspicious circumstances were reported on Eureka Road in Sagle at 8:30 a.m.

Deputies were assigned to a civil protection order violation in the Bear Claw Road area of Clark Fork at 10:53 a.m.

Report of a boat found in the 600 block of Jim Low Road in Nordman at 1:01 p.m.

Report of a trespass in the 1300 block of Curtis Creek Road in Priest River at 1:01 p.m.

Deputy investigated a civil dispute on Bodie Canyon Road in Priest River at 1:49 p.m.

Report of an unlawful entry on Wolf Lodge Trail in Blanchard at 1:14 p.m.

Deputies responded to a family offense in the Maplewood Lane area of Cocolalla at 2:12 p.m.

Report of vandalism in the 464000 block of U.S. 95 in Sagle at 3:42 p.m.

Report of a reckless driver in the 472000 block of U.S. 95 in Sagle at 4:31 p.m.

Report of a residential alarm in the 900 block of Eagle Crest Drive in Sagle at 5:37 p.m.

Crystal L. Wadkins, 41, of Spokane, Washington, was arrested in the U.S. 2 area in Priest River at 7:45 p.m. on charges of possession of methamphetamine, driving under the influence and injury to child.

Report of a reckless driver in the area of U.S. 95 and East Bronx Road at 7:54 p.m.

Report of a suspicious circumstance in the pre-100 block of Idaho Country Road in Hope at 8:21 p.m.

Daniel Church, 60, of Yakima, Washington, was arrested in the 468000 block of U.S. 95 in Sagle on an outstanding felony warrant.

Daniel Church, 60, of Yakima, Washington, was arrested in the 468000 block of U.S. 95 in Sagle at 8:56 p.m. on an active Boundary County warrant, possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of paraphernalia; and Sarah Chenoweth, 38, of Yakima, was arrested at the same time and location on charges of possession of heroin, and possession of paraphernalia.

A deputy responded to a report of a drunken driver westbound on Old Priest River Road at the 8:57 p.m.

Julie Thiel, 53, of Oldtown, was arrested in the 2000 block of Hoo Doo Loop in Oldtown at 11:17 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.

Tychicus Paulk, 27, of Sandpoint was cited in the 470000 block of U.S. 95 in Sagle at 11:19 p.m. on a charge of failure to provide proof of insurance (second offense).

Report of a suspicious person in the 200 block of E. First Avenue in Clark Fork at 12:05 a.m.

Deputies conducted a drug investigation in the 200 block of E. Fourth Avenue in Clark Fork at 1:06 a.m.

Report of an alarm in the 7000 block of Dufort Road in Sagle at 1:54 a.m.

Kimberly Shepherd, 37, was cited in the area of U.S. 95 and Schweitzer Cutoff Road at 3:27 a.m. on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
