Allen J. Funkhouser, 29, of Post Falls was arrested in the N. Boyer Road area at 2:48 p.m. on a bench warrant from Kootenai County for a probation violation with the original charge of stolen vehicle (receiving or transferring).

Report of a battery on Eagen Mountain Drive in Hope at 4:08 p.m.

Report of a suspicious person in the 400 block of Sunnyside Ridge Road at 7:49 p.m.
Ashley Davis, 31, of Athol, was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant in the area of Blanchard-Elk Road in Blanchard at 8:26 p.m.
Deputies responded to a family offense in the Blanchard area on Bullwinkle Drive at 8:51 p.m.
Report of an illegal campfire in the 9200 block of Lakeshore Drive in Sagle at 8:54 p.m.
Drugs were seized during a traffic stop for destruction in the area of U.S. 2 and N. State Avenue in Oldtown at 10:24 p.m.

Franky James, 51, of Washington, was cited in the area of U.S. 95 and Hidden Valley Road at 3:29 a.m. on a charge of driving without privileges.

An Airsoft gun and marijuana were reported found in the 400 block of Cedar Street at 9:36 a.m.
A suspicious incident was reported in the 1200 block of Cedar Street at 11:13 a.m.
City crews were contacted to clear the rocks that were in the roadway in the area of N. Boyer and Ebbett Way at 11:55 a.m.
A female was trespassed from a business in the 400 block of Fifth Avenue after a complaint of shoplifting at 11:54 a.m.
A bicycle was reported taken from the 500 block of Dock Street at 11:51 a.m.
Malicious mischief was reported in the area of N. Second Avenue and Church Street at 1:24 p.m.
A legally parked vehicle was reported struck in the 500 block of N. Third Avenue at 1:57 p.m.
Report of a possible civil protection order violation in the city at 2:44 p.m.
Report of possible fraud in the 1000 block of Maple Avenue at 3:36 p.m.
Report of hay bales creating a traffic hazard in the area of U.S. 95 at 4:03 p.m.
