Report of a theft in the 1100 block of U.S. 2 at 9:46 a.m.

Deputies were assigned to a threats call in the Artisan Way area at 10:02 a.m.

Report of a non-injury accident on U.S. 2 in Priest River at 10:09 a.m.

Report of a disorderly subject in the pre-100 block of Cherokee Trail in Priest River at 10:37 a.m.

Deputies responded to the Colburn Culver area after a report of suspicious circumstances at 11:12 a.m.

Report of a family offense in the 14600 block of U.S. 2 in the Sandpoint area at 1:30 p.m.

Sandra Andrews, 53, and Ondomo Offermann, 58, both of Sandpoint were arrested on misdemeanor warrants on Koich Offermann Road at 2:52 p.m.

Report of a reckless driver in the 57000 block of Highway 200 near Clark Fork at 2:56 p.m.

An informational report was taken in the 4000 block of Rapid Lightning Road at 2:55 p.m.

Deputies were assigned to a fraud call in the Walker Way area of Sagle at 3:50 p.m.

Report of a civil dispute in the 100 block of Gunsmoke Lane in Priest River at 4:16 p.m.

Report of a civil protection order violation on Willow Bay Road in Priest River at 3:57 p.m.

Jason Leal of Newport, Wash., was cited in the Highway 41 area in Blanchard at 4:27 p.m. on a charge of reckless driving and failure to provide proof of insurance following a vehicle collision.

Timothy D. Buxton, 35, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 200 block of Sitting Bull Road at 5:02 p.m. on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

Deputies responded to the report of information in the area of Sand Trap Lane in Blanchard at 5:28 p.m.

Deputies responded to the report of a reckless driver in the area of Highway 41 in Blanchard at 5:46 p.m.

Deputies investigated a battery reported in the 200 block of Moran Meadows in Careywood at 6:25 p.m.

Skylar Drushella, 22, of Washington, was arrested in the 1500 block of U.S. 2 on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant at 6:55 p.m.

A reckless driver was reported in the 472000 block of U.S. 95 at 7:05 p.m.

Report of a theft in the 6000 block of Clagstone Road in Spirit Lake at 7:09 p.m.

Jeffrey Krupke, 47, of Hot Springs, Mont., was cited in the 470000 block of U.S. 95 in Sagle at 7:14 p.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Report of a suspicious person in the 500 block of Geenen Road in Cocolalla at 7:30 p.m.

Deputies responded to a reckless driving complaint in the pre-100 block of Blackthorn Road in Oldtown at 7:27 p.m.

Report of a suspicious circumstance in the 600 block of Ponder Point Drive at 9:13 p.m.

Report of a missing person in the 300 block of Nitty Gritty Lane in Priest River at 9:26 p.m.

Deputies responded to the report of a reckless driver in the area of Boat Club Road in Sagle at 10:28 p.m.

Jacob Parman-Todd,30, of Spokane Valley, Wash., was arrested in the pre-100 block of Rena Road in Oldtown at 10:53 p.m. on charges of possession of methamphetamine, fentanyl, and marijuana and possession of paraphernalia at 10:53 p.m.; and Kaitlyn Wright, 29, of Spokane Valley, was arrested at the same time and location on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use.

July 21

Suspicious circumstances were reported in the 600 block of Fifth Avenue at 10:17 a.m.

Emily E Buck, 33, of Sagle, was cited in the 600 block of Larch Street at 10:38 a.m. on a charge of burglary.

Report of possible fraud in the 400 block of Church Street at 2:26 p.m.

Report of a two-vehicle, minor-injury collision in the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Baldy Mountain Road at 3:17 p.m.

Report of a vehicle blocking a driveway in the 200 block of Main Street at 3:28 p.m.

A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 1500 block of Ponderosa Drive at 3:17 p.m. was determined to be unfounded.

Suspicious circumstances were reported on Loman Circle at 4:23 p.m.

An officer answered a citizen's questions in the 1500 block after a civil dispute was reported at 5:49 p.m.

An attempt to locate was issued at 6:02 p.m. for a female who was last seen in the 500 block of N. Third Avenue.

An officer was unable to locate a reported drunken driver in the 1100 block of U.S. 2 at 6:08 p.m.

A civil standby was requested in the 1000 block of Ridley Village Road at 7:23 p.m.

Report of a suspicious female in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue at 8:11 p.m.

A missing person report in the 100 block of N. First Avenue at 8:39 p.m. was determined to be unfounded.

July 21

Report of a sex offense in the city at 2:04 p.m.

Christian R. Krieger, 33, of Sandpoint was cited on a charge of driving without privileges in the 478600 block of U.S. 95 at 6:33 p.m.

Daniel J. Brown, 48, of Plaza, Wash., was arrested in the 476900 block of U.S. 95 at 7:05 p.m. on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of paraphernalia with the intent to use.
