Timothy D Buxton, 35, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 4000 block of Samuelson Avenue at 3:09 p.m. on a Bonner County warrant.
Officers advised a dog had been hit by a vehicle on N. First Avenue at 3:29 p.m. and the owner was on scene.
Clothing and jewelry were reported found in the 200 block of N. First Avenue at 3:52 p.m.
Report of an alcohol offense in the 100 block of Bridge Street at 4:25 p.m.
Report of a sex offense in the Sandpoint area at 5:08 p.m.
Items were reported taken from a vehicle in the 500 block of Cedar Street at 7:15 p.m.
Report of a suspicious male in the 1200 block of Alder Street at 8:33 p.m. was determined to be unfounded.
A male was trespassed from a residence in the 400 block of Fourth Avenue at 8:57 p.m.
Report of a battery in the 100 block of Bridge Street at 9:40 p.m.
Items were reported taken from the 1500 block of Pine Street at 9:47 p.m.
Officers were unable to locate juveniles reported to be drinking in the 100 block of Bridge Street at 11:32 p.m.
An alarm reported in the 500 block of Bridge Street at 11:36 p.m. was determined to be unfounded.

Aug. 5
Report of a non-injury accident in the area of U.S. 95 and Tibbetts Lane at 6:03 a.m.
Disorderly conduct was reported on U.S. 95 at 10:09 a.m.
Thomas R. Logan, 58, of Coeur d'Alene was arrested in the 476900 block of U.S. 95 on a charge of misuse of emergency services.
Aug. 6
David A. Gamroth, 50, of Columbia City, Oregon, was arrested at 1:52 a.m. in the 477200 block of U.S. 95 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
