SANDPOINT — Sandpoint High School’s office is open from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. for schedule pickup and beginning-of-the-year preparation.

Students in grades 9-12 are invited to pick up their student information packets this week, school officials advised Monday. The packet contains parent information, directory and Family Education Rights Privacy Acts information, technology use agreement, and medical information.

The technology use agreement pertains to LPOSD policy and procedures with which students will need to adhere to when using their district-issued Chromebook. The updated medical information is required annually.

These forms are to be signed by students and parents/guardians before students may receive their schedules for the 2021-’22 school year. Forms may also be picked up on schedule distribution days with seniors on Wednesday, Aug. 25; juniors on Thursday, Aug. 26; and sophomores on Friday, Aug. 27.

Freshmen and new student schedules will be distributed Aug. 30. There will be no student orientation and no barbeque this year.

Monday Aug. 30, tours will be available along with optional locker assignments. Students should be prepared to have their picture taken for their ID card from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. The pictures will not be used for the yearbook. Chromebooks will also be distributed, optional insurance must be purchased prior to being issued a Chromebook.

School photos will take place Sept. 22-23
