Christopher Kelly, 31, was arrested in the area of Bottle Bay Road and E. Comeback B ay Lane in Sagle at 10:15 p.m. on a charge of possession of methamphetamine; and Alicia Woods, 42, was cited on a charge of possession of marijuana at the same time and location.
