Sing-along is all about the music

It’s about the music.

A community sing-along featuring Christmas carols you probably know, such as “Silent Night” and “Joy to the World,” is set for 6 p.m., Friday, Dec. 17 at the Sandpoint Church of God at 221 S. Division.

The church will be decorated and words to five classic carols will be projected onto a screen over Christmas images. There will be no sermon, just some information about each of these songs presented by Joanna Fuchs.

Allen and Lula Osborne will perform an a cappella rendition of “Oh, Holy Night.” In addition, Michael Bigley on guitar with Becky Campbell on bass, will play “Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring.”

Refreshments will be served following the sing-along.
