MRS. BOWER DECLINES
At the Chamber of Commerce directors meeting, a letter from Mrs. P.M. Bower, elected a director at the previous meeting, was read. She declined the honor of becoming a director on the grounds that her Civic club duties and her having just been made a member of the executive body of the Idaho Federation of Women’s clubs precluded her giving sufficient time to chamber affairs. The office was then declared open and an informal ballot taken to choose another director, the first ballot electing H.F. Schedler, father of the Bonner county seed potato industry.
