William David “Bill” Foster, 61, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on Thursday, June 17, 2021, in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 26, 2021, at the Lakeview Funeral Home in Sandpoint, Idaho, with Pastor Fred Toerne officiating. Bill will be laid to rest at the McArthur Cemetery.
