Brett Setzer, 56, of Priest River, was arrested in the area of South Treat and High streets at 4:44 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.
Report of a non-injury accident on U.S. 95 in the greater Sandpoint area at 4:47 p.m.
Faith VanDelden, 31, of Kalispell, Mont., was arrested in the 12000 block of U.S. 2 in Priest River at 5:25 p.m. on charges of domestic battery and providing false information to an officer.
A deputy advised that Gregory Prins, 30, of Sandpoint will be issued a complaint and summons for a charge of reckless driving in the 472000 block of Highway 95 at 5:41 p.m.
Report of a theft on W. Fourth Avenue in Clark Fork at 5:58 p.m.
Report of a commercial alarm in the 400 block of Chevy Street in Sagle at 6:48 p.m.
A reckless driver was reported in the 489000 block of U.S. 95 at 7:57 p.m.
Glenna Watt, 34, of Priest River, was arrested in the 100 block of Sandy Ridge Road in Priest River at 8:33 p.m. on a charge of aggravated assault.
A reckless driver was reported on U.S. 2 near Roosevelt Avenue in Dover at 10:11 p.m.
A possible drunken driver was reported in the area of Main Street and Highway 41 in Spirit Lake at 11:34 p.m.

A paddle board was reported taken from the 900 block of Sandpoint Avenue at 12:45 p.m.
A trespass was reported in the 400 block of N. Lincoln Avenue at 1:06 p.m.
A bicycle was reported taken from the 900 block of Ebbett Way at 3:16 p.m.
Report of a civil dispute in the 1400 block of Hickory Street at 7:42 p.m.
Nolan R Ogle-Endresen, 33, of Sandpoint, was arrested at 8:05 p.m. in the 400 block of Fifth Avenue on a felony warrant.
Calvin C. Colvin, 23, of Sandpoint, and Kevin A. Althouser, 46, of Naples, were arrested in the 600 block of Sixth Avenue at 11:56 p.m. on a felony warrants.

Report of a reckless driver in the area of U.S. 95 and Bonner Mall Way at 11:43 a.m.
John R. Vergil, 39, of Bridgeport, Nebraska, was arrested in the area of Kootenai Cutoff Road and Moody Lane in Ponderay at 6:15 p.m. on charges of driving under the influence (excessive), injury to child times three, and open container of alcohol by driver.
A civil dispute was reported in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff fRoad at 6:20 p.m.
Report of a theft in the 900 block of Bonner Mall Way at 9:17 p.m.
