Matthew Gillespie, 59 of Fairfax, California, was arrested in the 47600 block of U.S. 95 in Cocolalla at 5:58 p.m. on charges of driving under the influence and open container.

Deputies responded to the 463000 block of U.S. 95 in Cocolalla at 5:59 p.m. following a report of a battery.

Deputies investigated a reported traffic offense that occurred on Jan. 25 in the 5800 block of Sagle Road at 7:14 p.m.

Deputies responded to a suicide threat reported in Oldtown at 7:37 p.m.

Deputies investigated a reported traffic offense that occurred on Jan. 28 in the area of Algoma Spur and Hawthorne roads in Sagle at 7:43 p.m.

Deputy responded to a vehicle fire in the 24000 block of Highway 41 in Blanchard at 8 p.m.

Deputies assisted Ponderay Police in the Schweitzer Cutoff Road area at 9:15 p.m.

Deputies responded for a follow-up report in the 200 block of Al's Welding Road in Spirit Lake at 9:29 p.m.

Deputies responded to the 200 block of N. First Ave after a report of a disorderly person at 11:31 p.m.

A suspicious circumstance was reported in the 472000 block of U.S. 95 at 3:44 a.m.

Feb. 15

A male was trespassed from a business in the 500 block of Church Street at 10:53 a.m.

A follow-up report was taken in the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Pine Street at 11:11 a.m.

A sex offense reported in the city at 11:16 a.m. was placed under investigation.

Officers were unable to locate reckless drivers reported to be in the area of Pine Street at 11:40 a.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 800 block of Pine Street at 12:28 p.m.

An officer assisted a citizen on Pine Street at 1:25 p.m.

Officers assisted BCSO deputies on a call on N. Third Avenue at 3:03 p.m.

Report of a dog at large in the 3100 block of Goodman Drive at 3:12 p.m.

Report of a hit-and-run accident in the 1300 block of Main Street at 4:57 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a male in the 1300 block for a welfare check at 6:12 p.m.

An officer assisted BCSO deputies on U.S. 95 in the Ponderay area at 5:58 p.m.

A slide-off accident was reported in the 1100 block of Michigan Street at 6:55 p.m.

Rae L. Halik, 41, of Sandpoint, was cited in the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Spruce Street at 9:29 p.m. on charges of driving without privileges and misdemeanor failure to provide insurance.

An officer was unable to locate a disorderly male reported to be in the 200 block of N.First Avenue at 11:31 p.m.

Feb. 15

An officer responded to a 911 hang-up in the 476700 block of U.S. 95 at 2:03 p.m.

Sasha Livingston, 48, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 300 block of Schweitzer Cutoff Road at 9:15 p.m. on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule-ii controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and open container.
