Deputies and Northside and Selkirk fire departments responded to a vehicle fire reported in the northbound area on U.S. 95 in the greater Sandpoint area at 9:35 a.m.

Report of harassment in the 200 block of Leisure Lane at 9:33 a.m.

Report of a civil dispute on Kare Bare Lane at 9:49 a.m.

Suspicious circumstances were reported on Upper Pack River Road at 10:23 a.m.

A welfare check was requested on the pre-100 block of Rock Spring Road in Athol at 10:54 a.m.

Report of an animal problem on Highway 41 in Spirit Lake at 4:10 p.m.

Idaho State Police responded to an unknown-injury accident reported in the area of U.S. 95 and Williams Road in Athol at 5:01 p.m.

Report of a reckless driver in the 15000 block of U.S. 2 at 5:08 p.m.

Deputies responded to the 35000 block of Highway 41 in Oldtown following a report of a traffic hazard at 5:17 p.m.

Deputies responded to a report of harassment in the 1000 block of Hoo Doo Mountain Road in Priest River at 5:28 p.m.

Phillip Elmer, 35, of Spokane Valley, Washington, was arrested in the 300 block of N. State Avenue in Oldtown at 6:13 p.m. on charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving without privileges; and April Gillock, 34, of Newport, was arrested at the same time and location on an outstanding warrant.

Johnathan Keyser was arrested in the 300 block of S. Idaho Avenue in Oldtown at 6:31 p.m. on charges of resisting and obstructing an officer and charged with assault.

A traffic hazard was reported in the 463000 block of U.S. 95 in Cocolalla at 6:54 p.m.

Deputies investigated a family offense reported in the 100 block of Makers Way at 6:58 p.m.

Deputies responded to a report of a traffic hazard in the 24000 block of U.S. 2 in Dover at 7:25 p.m.

An agency assist was reported in the 200 block of Leo Lane in Spirit Lake at 9:06 p.m.

Report of a service call in the 300 block of Talache Road in Sagle at 9:27 p.m.

Shoplifting was reported on Tank Road in Oldtown at 8:36 p.m.

Deputies took an informational report in the 1000 block of Highway 57 in Priest River at 11:07 p.m.

Feb. 17

Report of a crossing arm malfunction in the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Baldy Mountain Road at 6:47 a.m.

A practice drill was reported in the 300 block of Sprague Street in Kootenai at 11:32 a.m.

Sandpoint officers assisted Selkirk Fire personnel on a call on N. Florence Avenue at 11:28 a.m.

Report of possible harassment in the 200 block of S. Second Avenue at 12:35 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken on N. Florence Avenue at 2:06 p.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on S. Second Avenue at 5:06 p.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up on S. Lincoln Avenue at 11:49 p.m.

A door was reported damaged in the 900 block of Ridley Village Road at 1:48 a.m.

PONDERAY POLICE

Feb. 17

An officer responded to the 100 block of Second Street for a report of found property at 10:27 a.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on Highway 200 at 11:38 a.m.

A reckless driver was reported headed southbound on U.S. 95 in the city at 1:46 p.m.

An officer assisted a citizen on U.S. 95 at 5:34 p.m.

An officer responded to an alarm on U.S. 95 at 6:14 p.m.

A reckless driver was reported southbound in the area of Highway 57 and Peninsula Road at 8:49 a.m.
