Bryson Kost, 34, of Sandpoint was arrested on a felony failure to comply warrant on Main Street at 10:22 p.m.

Feb. 22
Report of a hit-and-run accident in the Highway 200 area at 10:08 a.m.
Suspicious circumstances were reported ion the 4772000 block of U.S. 95 at 10:37 a.m.
Joshua C. Niemeyer, 35, of Deer Park, Washington, was arrested in the 477400 block of U.S. 95 at 2:51 p.m. on an outstanding felony warrant and on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of an open container of alcohol by driver and driving without privileges.
An officer responded to a weapon offense reported on Schweitzer Cutoff Road at 8:24 p.m.
Christopher A. Lyden was arrested on two misdemeanor warrants in the 476000 block of Highway 95 at 8:34 p.m., and was cited on charges of driving without privileges (misdemeanor) and failure to provide insurance (infraction).
An officer assisted another agency on Cedar Avenue at 9:51 p.m.
Officers responded to a suicide threat in the city at 9:51 p.m.

An officer was dispatched to the 200 block of Bonner Mall Way in reference to a citizen assist at 12:25 a.m.
