Blatant failure to mention all flag etiquette

| March 16, 2021 1:00 AM

In regards to the mother of two Eagle Scouts that was trying to "educate" people on the do’s and don’ts of the American flag. There was a blatant failure in mentioning a few other nevers:

A person should never burn the American flag as a protest against the sitting president and the country that provides for said protester. (These actions were seen by the leftist protesters over the last four years in many cities from Portland, Oregon, to Washington, D.C., on multiple occasions.)

Also, a person should never disrespect the American flag while the national anthem is playing by kneeling and/or bowing their head. Civilians should place their hand over their heart, stand proudly and look at the American flag.

If you must point out the do’s and don’t of flag etiquette please do not just point out the ones that fit your agenda.
