Marc Stephen Wilcox

On the evening of August 22, 2021, Marc Stephen Wilcox of Sandpoint, Idaho, passed away at the age of 69 years old.

Marc was born to Mardelle and Harold Wilcox in 1952. He was raised in Seattle, Washington, where he spent his time working aboard fishing boats as well as in general construction. He was a Sonics season ticket holder for several years and enjoyed attending Tower of Power concerts and golfing in his free time.

Marc moved to Sandpoint in 2001 where he raised his two daughters and established a wonderful community of friends. Among his friends and family, he was known for his great sense of humor and contagious laughter.

Marc is preceded in death by his father, Harold; his mother, Mardelle; and his brother, Bruce. He is survived by his sister, Maureen; his two daughters, Sharmaine and Nicole; and nieces and nephews. Marc brought us much joy; he will be dearly missed.

The family is still determining celebration of life arrangements.
