Arthur Lee Webb, 81, passed away on Monday, Sept. 6, 2021, in Sandpoint, Idaho.

Memorial Services will be held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at the Cocolalla Cowboy Church with Pastor Steve Bradshaw officiating.
