Ryan Hathway, 30, of Sandpoint was arrested on Lakeshore Drive in Sagle at 7:25 a.m. on a felony warrant and on a charge of possession of heroin.

Robert M. Emerson Brayfield, 29, was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant on South Iowa Avenue in Oldtown at 8:37 a.m.

Report of a non-injury accident at U.S. 95 and Gun Club Road in Sagle at 8:34 a.m.

An informational report was taken on Brook Ridge at 9:07 a.m.

Report of a malicious injury to property on Mogul Hill Road at 10:57 a.m.

Report of a vehicle theft in the E. Second Avenue area in Clark Fork at 10:44 a.m.

Report of a trespass in the Vedelwood Drive area at 11:40 a.m.

Report of a missing person on Brighten Lane in Sagle at 11:59 a.m.

A case was assigned to cover a request for a K9 deployment during a traffic stop in the area of Highway 57 and E. Jackson Avenue in Priest River at 2:17 p.m.

Report of suspicious circumstances on Old Priest River and Blackthorn roads in Oldtown at 3:37 p.m.

A case was assigned to cover a reported wake zone violation in Oden Bay at 3:56 p.m.

Report of a rescue call in the 473000 block of Highway 200 at 6:01 p.m.

An alarm was reported in the 477000 block of U.S. 95 at 6:47 p.m.

Deputies responded to a family offense in the 500 block of West Settlement Road in Priest River at 7:39 p.m.

Suspicious circumstances were reported in the 1500 block of Spirit Lake Cutoff Road in Spirit Lake at 8:26 p.m.

Clifton McMahon, 31, of Hayden was arrested in the 2000 block of Clagstone Road at 9:28 p.m. on a charge of felony eluding police.

Suspicious circumstances were reported on U.S. 95 near Sagle Road at 9:23 p.m.

Sept. 15

Report of a two-vehicle, non-injury collision at 11:06 a.m.

Report of a disorderly male in the area of N. Third Avenue and Oak Street at 5:21 p.m.

Report of a civil dispute in the 400 block of Hope Street in Kootenai at 4:59 p.m.

Sept. 16

A suspicious incident was reported in the pre-100 block of Bridge Street at 12:21 a.m.

Cody A. Rogne, 26, of Addy, Wash., was arrested in the area of Ruth Avenue and Cedar Street at 2:13 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.

PONDERAY POLICE

Sept. 15

Officers attempted to serve a warrant in the 476800 block of U.S. 95 at 6:07 a.m.

An officer took a report of recovered property in the 476700 block of U.S. 95 at 1:45 p.m.

Report of an alarm in the 477000 block of U.S. 95 at 6:47 p.m.

Matthew C. Henslee, 26, was arrested in the 200 block of Bonner Mall Way at 8:26 p.m. on an outstanding warrant and on a charge of driving under the influence.

Information was reported in the 476000 block of U.S. 95 at 8:01 p.m.

Sept. 16

Adam A. Archibald, 42, was arrested in the 200 block of Triangle Drive at 1:03 a.m. on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

PRIEST RIVER POLICE

Sept. 15

Samuel Azar was cited in the 2000 block of Highway 57 at 3:17 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
