Richard Carey, 49, of Oldtown was arrested on Highway 41 in Blanchard at 11 a.m. on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and open container.

Report of a 911 hang-up on Selkirk Way in Oldtown at 11:01 a.m.

A 911 hang-up was received from Schweitzer Mountain Road at 11:15 a.m.

Report of a burglary on Ponderosa Road in Sagle at 11:40 a.m.

Deputies, EMS and West Pend Oreille Fire responded to a non-injury collision on Highway 41 in Blanchard at 1:16 p.m.

Report of vagrancy in the pre-100 block of Westmond Road at 2:38 p.m.

Officers were unable to locate a wanted subject reported to be in the 1500 block of Oak Street at 10:53 a.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Airpark Lane at 11:38 a.m.

Report of a tobacco violation in the 300 block of S. Division Avenue at 1:37 p.m.

Isabel C Francis, 19, of Sandpoint, was arrested on a Bonner County misdemeanor warrant on Cedar Street at 4:14 p.m.

Report of a scam in the 600 block of Fifth Avenue at 4:14 p.m.

Report of mail being taken from the 800 block of Northview Drive at 4:44 p.m.

A 13-year-old Priest River male was arrested on Samuelson Avenue at 4:57 p.m. on a misdemeanor Bonner County warrant.

A controlled substance incident was placed under investigation in the area of Fifth and Pine at 5:55 p.m.

A 911 hang-up reported on River Rock Road was determined to be unfounded at 6:11 p.m.

A moose was reported on the loose in the S. Lincoln Avenue area at 12:46 a.m.

An officer responded to a fraud in the 476900 block of U.S. 95 at 8:35 a.m.

An officer responded for a welfare check in the city at 9:29 a.m. and ultimately transported the individual to the Crisis Center in Coeur d'Alene.

An officer responded to a 911 hang-up in the 476900 block of U.S. 95 at 1:10 p.m.
