Report of a tobacco violation in the 1000 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 10:23 a.m.

Report of a dog at large in the area of Euclid Avenue and Lakeview Boulevard at 12:40 p.m.

Report of juveniles tampering with mail in a mailbox at 3:31 p.m.

Kenny T. McGuire, 38, was arrested in the 31000 block of Highway 200 at 2:04 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs (second offense).

An officer responded to a reckless driving complaint in the 476500 block of U.S. 95 in the city at 6:40 p.m.

An officer responded to a citizen assist in the 100 block of Tibbetts Lane at 7:51 p.m.

An officer assisted Sandpoint Police in the Elm Street area at 11:14 pm..
