Lee wins 110 hurdles at Strandberg Invite

SPOKANE — The boys and girls from Sandpoint’s track team finished ninth and 12, respectively, at the Strandberg Invitational at Central Valley High School on Saturday.

Rusty Lee placed first in the 110 hurdles with a time of 15.18.

Slate Fragoso finished second in the pole vault event clearing 12 feet.

As for the girls, Maren Davidson finished third in the 400 meters event with a time of 1:01.86, a season record for the junior.

Erika Edmundson finished first in the pole vault clearing nine feet and six inches.

Sandpoint will next compete at the District I Meet of Champions on Thursday, May 5.
