Lake City routs Sandpoint

COEUR d'ALENE — Lake City, the top ranked team in the 5A classification, routed Sandpoint 76-23.
"We ran into a buzz saw," Sandpoint boys basketball coach Brian Childs said. "We had a lot of turnovers and they turned into easy buckets."
The Timberwolves opened up to a 27-3 lead and kept up the pace throughout.
Arie VanDenBerg paced the Bulldogs with 10 points.
Kelton Heider paced Lake City with 20 points.
