| June 29, 2022 1:00 AM

19-year-old Sandpoint native Konner Kellogg was crowned world champion last weekend, a world champion of pogo.

Kellogg collected two gold medals last weekend June 25-26, the “big air” gold medal, along with the best trick at the World Championships of Pogo in Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania.

Xpogo, the company that ran the world championship, posted Kellogg’s big air gold title run on Instagram and labeled it one of the greatest big air runs ever.

According to Xpogo, it was complete with mind-blowing combinations, capped off with a Bruce Lee off the death plank on his final attempt.

For his best trick, Kellogg attempted and stuck a ULBS outward stick flip.
