Ordinance No. 661 Title 12, Land Use Regulations Bonner County Revised Code An Ordinance of Bonner County, Idaho, setting forth its authority; amending Bonner County Revised Code Title 12 (Land Use Regulations), to make the following changes to all Sections establishing the differences between the Planning Commission and the Zoning Commission; deleting Section 413 Lot Combinations; Section 6.8 Condo Projects; Section 733 D. Wetland Buffers and Setbacks; and adding to Definitions; providing for severability and providing for an effective date. Be it ordained by the Board of County Commissioners of Bonner County, Idaho that Bonner County Code be amended the summary of which, reads as follows: TITLE 12 LAND USE REGULATIONS Amend the entire code to adjust for the changes to the Planning Commission and the Zoning Commission dividing responsibilities per statute and adopted sections 12-122 Planning Commission and 12-123 Zoning Commission. 12-214 C. Increasing the time limit for the Planning Commission to issue a decision on a comprehensive plan map amendment or text amendment from 10 days to 30 days. Add 12-214 D. Creating the procedures for the Zoning Commission for issuing decisions on project files. Removing Section 12-413 Lot Combinations. Where a property owner is requesting to combine a lot for building placement purposes, this process is no longer allowed. Removing Subchapter 6.8 Condominium Projects. The County will not longer require a review of a condominium project. Property owners must follow Idaho Code Title 55 Chapter 15 and work with the proper agencies to complete this process. Removing Section 12-733 D. Wetland Buffers and Setbacks. This sentence is no longer in effect in regard to wetland setbacks. D. Setbacks standards shall not apply to mapped wetlands which have been lawfully filled in accord with Federal regulations for wetland fill under section 404 of the Clean Water Act.
