Hannah and Rose earn NISTAR awards

On Monday, May 2, the Region 1 principals recognized two seniors and their chosen teachers at the NISTAR (North Idaho Student Awards Recognition) awards banquet at the Best Western CDA Inn.
The students selected by the PRLHS staff had to be in the top 10% of their class.
Ona Rose honored Kim Colombini, while Everett Hannah chose to honor Jonathon Baron as the teachers making the largest impact in their educational careers.
Each student gave a one to two minute speech about how their selected teacher impacted their education and life choices.
This prestigious award has been a North Idaho tradition for 35 years.
