NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given the City Council of the City of Oldtown will hold a public hearing to consider a Conditional Use Permit application for a Garage Town type large storage facility and a mixed-use commercial building by XL Enterprises, LLC on the following described property: Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 3 of the Ward Commercial Subdivision Phase 2 recorded as Instrument Number 927006 in Book 13, Page 43, records of Bonner County, Idaho Applicant proposes 3 phases of development. Phase 1: Elite One Storage Buildings, club house and office on Lot 2; Phase 2: Additional Elite One Storage Buildings on Lot 1; Phase 3: Mixed-use commercial/professional office lease spaces of varying size on Lot 3. The Oldtown City Council will conduct the public hearing for the purpose of receiving public comment regarding the proposal beginning at 3:00 pm on October 25, 2022 at the Oldtown City Hall, located at 215 N.
